Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Welcome to UM SPORTS!
UM SPORTS is looking for a new Yoga & Pilates Instructor to teach classes in our Body & Mind Studio. Do you have experience teaching Yoga and Pilates? Then we would love to hear from you!

Yoga & Pilates Instructor - 3 classes per week

As a group fitness instructor at UM SPORTS, you will be the first point of contact for participants and colleagues. Your classes will include both beginners and more experienced members. You are able to teach independently, motivate participants throughout their workouts, and ensure that exercises are performed safely and that equipment is used correctly.

You will be the primary (and often only) point of contact during your classes, making participants feel welcome and comfortable while answering any questions they may have. Since your classes will include participants of different experience levels, you are able to adapt your instruction to suit both beginners and advanced practitioners.

  • Ability to adapt easily to different target groups and skill levels.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to make participants feel comfortable.
  • Available to teach during evenings and weekends.

  • Start date: September 2026
  • Working hours: To be agreed upon (starting with approximately three classes per week, mainly on Friday evenings and weekends)
  • Component: Yoga & Pilates classes
  • Location: University Sports Centre (USC), Maastricht
